• Identification and contact data that you provide in the forms: name, e-mail, phone, company, position, city and country.
• Information about your request: services required, description of needs, answers to the business diagnosis.
• Application data: CV, qualifications, experience, cover letter, how you heard about the vacancy and any rating or suggestions you choose to leave.
• Candidate account: name, e-mail, phone, city and password (stored encrypted), used to manage your applications.
• Technical data: IP address and browser type, used only for security and abuse prevention.

2. How we use the data

• To respond to contact, consultation, quote, training and partnership requests;
• To assess job applications and manage the talent pool;
• To send the newsletter when you subscribe (you can unsubscribe at any time);
• To keep the website secure and prevent spam.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Retention

Data is kept only for as long as necessary for the purposes stated. Applications are kept in the talent pool for a maximum of 24 months, unless deletion is requested earlier.

4. Data sharing

Data may be shared only with technical service providers (hosting, e-mail) acting on our behalf and under confidentiality obligations. When recruiting for clients, your profile will only be presented to third parties with your prior knowledge.

5. Security

We adopt appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure — including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access and protected file storage.

6. Cookies

This website uses only a technical session cookie, required for the secure operation of the forms and the Candidate Area, and a cookie that remembers your chosen language. Visits are counted anonymously, without third-party cookies. We do not use advertising cookies.

7. Your rights

You may at any time request access to, rectification or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by contacting us at consultoria@acemoz.com.
